Femboy Futa House is a life simulator game from TOPHOUSE that begins with you failing your entrance exams to the College of Magical Arts and getting exiled from home. With no hope left, an unexpected letter from a mysterious college gives you one last chance at a new life. But there’s a problem: you have no magic. After failing a test for magical abilities, you find yourself among the strangest students on campus.

On your first night, you’re “attacked” by Lucy, an incubus who wants to get a taste of your fresh blood. When you climax, Lucy’s magical power overflows, and he transforms from the excess power. You then find out that you have a rare gift: you’re an Amplifier, able to amplify other people’s magic. Now, as the object of attention, you’ll have to juggle school, work, and social interactions to avoid getting kicked out of college.
