Neon Strip is a game from Blast where you can go out into the world, chat, and have some fun with intelligent characters. The developer successfully included the mechanics they wanted to see in this project, including full physics touch mechanics, a smart NPC chat system, and advanced play mechanics. The game is still in pre-alpha, so there are still some issues and it also needs more content.
